This session will focus on the set up, showcase and implementation of an elementary school collaboration blog. The blog allows teachers to post lessons, view lessons, add any number of pages and take ownership for a specific area of learning. It is all about sharing a bit of themselves and what's happening in their classroom. The blog also showcases student work. It has a number of elements including surveys, video clips, professional literature pages, a place for professioanl goals and more. This session is geared for educators who wish for the first time implement Moodle to support their current lessons and curriculum. In this hands on workshop you will create a course, and then explore the various resources and tools which you can integrate to support student collaboration, integration of wiki's, and develop an interactive area for you and your students to work with in and out of the classroom. Introduction to SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard: Part One
